Guidelines for Medical Visits

Dear Patients and Families,

The hospital operates a real-name registration system. Please provide accurate information and a valid contact number for medical services. Please read the following instructions for appointments and registration:

1. First Visit: New patients must create a medical record. When making an appointment, select the appropriate hospital district.

2. Payment Options: We support payments through WeChat Pay and medical insurance accounts (only available for insured peoples WeChat). After payment, you can check in at the clinic. If you choose On-Site Payment, you will need to get a ticket upon arrival. Medical insurance can be used for reimbursement.

3.Patients with Specific Illnesses: For first-time treatment in the hospital, please avoid online payments to ensure your condition is properly recorded. Patients using medical insurance for chronic diseases, specific illnesses, or maternity checkups should register and pay at the manual service window.

4. Cancellations: You can cancel your appointment and request a refund via our WeChat official account.

5. Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

6. Check-In: Please arrive at the clinic 30 minutes before your appointment. If you are late for a half day, you must cancel and rebook. Check-in can be done with your medical insurance card, ID, registration slip, or medical record QR code.

7. Invoices: Please download e-invoices from our WeChat official account or request printed copies at the manual payment counter.

8. Test Results: Please view test results, examinations, pathology reports, and prescriptions via our WeChat official account.

9. Safety Precautions: Patients and companions with respiratory symptoms must wear surgical or protective masks. Please maintain hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette, and avoid gatherings.

10. Special Cases: Fever patients should visit the fever clinic (children under 14 should go to the Childrens Hospital Fever Clinic). For emergencies, please visit the Emergency Department.
