Health Management Center

Founded in 2008, the Health Management Center has experienced rapid development in recent years, establishing a comprehensive health service system and a novel operational model that integrates health examinations, health management, and health promotion. It holds a leading position in the industry regarding management refinement, quality control standardization, process informatization, health management intelligence, disciplinary diversification, and service humanization. The center has been included in the nomination list of the Fudan version of the "Health Management Reputation Ranking in Southwest Region" for four consecutive years and is set to be recognized as the Health Examination Quality Control Center in Liangjiang New Area in 2023.

The center harbors the headquarters of the Health Management Center and a branch located at Yuzhong Campus. The headquarters is situated at Block Saturn C2, No. 6, Xingguang 5th Road, Xingguang Avenue, Liangjiang New Area. Currently, the center features nearly 10,000 square meters of dedicated physical examination facilities, including four independent examination areas, accommodating over 600 patients daily and 150,000 cases for physical examination annually. It is equipped with specialized rooms of physical examinations for ultrasound, radiology (including non-contrast film, CT, MRI, and breast digital radiography), PCR testing, gastrointestinal endoscopy, pathological diagnosis, electrocardiography, and various clinical specialties, ensuring effective gender separation and a clear distinction between medical care and diagnostic tests. The center is equipped with 64-slice spiral CT, MR, mammography, cerebrovascular function testing, psychological evaluation, traditional Chinese medicine constitution assessment, magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy, and enteroscopy. This comprehensive array of equipment is designed to meet the diverse needs of various patient groups to the greatest extent possible.

The center has consistently upheld the service philosophy of "professional, efficient, and comfortable," with the mission of promoting public health and enhancing the overall health standards of the community. It aims to provide the masses with professional, compassionate, and comprehensive physical examinations. The center has been recognized as a member unit of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and designated as a flagship unit of the National Health Management Discipline Construction and Technology Innovation Center. It serves as a governing unit of the Chinese Health Association, a sourcing unit for basic data on China's health examination reports, and a governing unit of the Internet Health Management Branch of the Chinese Health Association. Additionally, it holds the position of executive director of the Health Physical Examination Branch of the Chinese Health Association and is a member of the vice chairmanship of the Health Service and Management Branch of the China National Health Association. Moreover, the center has been awarded the National Female Model Unit, the Youth Model Unit Award, the Advanced Primary-level Party Branch, the Demonstration Party Branch, and the Top Ten Health Examination Demonstration Institutions with Outstanding Contributions to the Development of Health Industry under Chongqing's "13th Five-Year Plan".

Dr. Li specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of common chronic diseases in the elderly, with particular expertise in hypertension and its complications, coronary heart disease, heart failure, and dyslipidemia. He possesses extensive experience in formulating physical examination programs, providing consultation of physical examination, and managing post-examination health for both sub-healthy and healthy populations.

He has published 21 papers, including 6 in SCI-indexed journals, and has published 10 papers as the first author in CSCD core journals. Dr. Li has led one high-end talent project under the National Health Commission and one general project collaboratively initiated by scientific and health institutions. He has participated in three projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, four projects funded by the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and one project under the National Health Commission. He also holds one authorized national invention patent.
